It's really getting hot outside these days. It was 95 degrees today and they are saying 100 degrees tomorrow... Well hello summer! I am getting a lot of tomatoes from my garden. I'll be cutting cabbage tomorrow. Eggplant #2 and 3 should be ripe this week. My watermelons are blooming now. I am trying to keep them watered, they take a lot of water. Harvest time at the 'ol homestead
The Eggplants are growing. This is the first one of the year. I grilled it... It was okay, I like eggplant dredged in milk then flower... Then cooked... No worries , I've got two more that should be ripe in a week or so. Yummy eggplant!
